What is the Women in Finance Initiative?
The Women in Finance Initiative aims to support women in the finance industry and encourage more women to enter the industry. We have also made it our goal to help women gain financial independence and take control of their personal finances. We encourage women from all fields of study, including students who are not in business, to become involved with the initiative as all women can benefit from increased financial literacy.

University of Regina Women's Center
The Women's Center, run through the Student's Union, provides a safe space for women on campus to study, receive support from other women, and access counselling and other services.

CFA Institute
The CFA Institute has research about women in the workplace and finance industry. Information about creating more inclusion in the industry can be found here.
