INDUSTRY PREPARATION

URI is tasked to prepare its members to excel professionally in the finance industry as well as academically in the Hill School of Business undergraduate program. Members are exposed to the expertise of Investment Committee Members and guest speakers through specialized lectures relating to conducting equity research and portfolio management.

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER - "I LEARN, I DO, I LEAD"

URI focuses on a three-phase system of development of its members designed to ease the transition of members into new roles. The three phases of the system involve a development period, an implementation period and a leading period. URI facilitates this knowledge transfer by actively updating documentation that encompasses the organizational and investment-based and proprietary processes of the fund.
